1 tomat (i små tern)

½ citron (saften)
Sådan gør du
Læg kyllingbrysterne i en skål sammen med limesaft, chili, olie og sukker og lad det marinere 30 min.
Sigt marinaden fra og lad kødet afdryppe.
Steg kyllingestykkerne på en varm pande i 10-12 minutter. Lad dem hvile i 2-3 minutter og skær dem i tynde skiver.
Mos avocado med lidt finthakket løg, tomat, hvidløg, citronsaft og finthakket chili.
Kom pandekagerne på en tallerken og fyld op med hvidkål, kylling, guacamole og yoghurt. Rul og spis.
